Member Service Tasks
Services requested are made by members and accepted by volunteers based on their availability. For this reason, services are not guaranteed. Members may request a service by phone, email, or by logging into Helpful Village. Once entered into Helpful Village service requests are sent by email at 10:00 am daily to volunteers. When a volunteer accepts a service request, both the member and volunteer receive an email to confirm that the request was accepted. The volunteer calls the member to discuss the service details. Volunteers can add and remove the tasks that they want to do by logging into Helpful Village and updating their profile or by sending an email to info@RiversEastVillage.org
