Implicit Bias Video and Discussion on Zoom

Come join North Star Village for an educational video and discussion about Implicit Bias.  You will learn about unconscious bias from a video created by the Oregon Court System.  We all have unconscious biases but of course since they are unconscious, we may not be aware of them.  This video provides a helpful view of how we can be aware of and keep unconscious biases from negatively affecting others. After the video, Mary Shepherd, Chair of North Star Village, will facilitate the discussion.
