This is another one of those topics that is very hard to talk about but important to plan for before your family is in the situation.The session will be facilitated by WLLO's own Chris Kennedy. She has her Masters in Nursing in Health Care Systems and did her Masters Thesis on the use of the Advanced Directive form and process.
