SELF-CARE FOR SITTERS AND DRIVERS
A free hands-on workshop of gentle, natural tips and tricks to regain our power over posture. In this friendly, practical class, you will learn how to reverse the effects of prolonged sitting through simple, natural movements. YOu will learn things like a quick and easy "sitters antidote stretch" that you can do anywhere. You will learn how raising our hands is the easiest fix for the slouch, active sitting, the postural value of the simple Mona Lisa smile, as well as self-massage tips and tricks. This class is taught by Jim Freda LMT, a local massage therapist with a research focus on the global sitting disease epidemic.
