This is the third in our ongoing series of workshops to expand the pool of volunteers who work on teams or administrative tasks. This workshop will focus on all the ways mentoring happens, both formal and informal - not just mentor to mentee, but learning from groups, from colleagues, from experts, from friends, etc. We want to broaden our views from the rigid form of just the experienced volunteer handing over duties to the new person. You will have the opportunity to work in small groups as well as ask questions and gather ideas from other villagers. Lunch will be provided.
